At Freckled Goose, we're proud of our heritage. My sister and I started Freckled Goose during COVID in 2020. At first, we sold homemade beauty products and water colored art. After a year of selling at Christmas farmers' markets, we took a couple of years off. Then I found a new hobby and decided to bring Freckled Goose back as a bakery.

It is part of our mission to try to support as many small businesses as possible when making our products. Some of our favorite chocolates to use are from Maeve Chocolate, a family-owned and woman-owned business. We also source our flour from Fairhaven flour mill, located in Washington.
